Katie Estcourt
Katie is a poet, teacher and author, with her upcoming debut novel Inexplicable. She has a MA is Creative Writing from the University of Essex and a BA in English and American Literature and Film from the University of Kent and has spent the last three years as an English teacher. She has always been an avid reader, with finding the magic in the mundane, fantasy has always been her favourite choice.
When she’s not reading or writing, Katie can be found baking her favourite blueberry muffins, delving into a good television series or taking long walks in the woods with her camera. She hopes her book can send her readers into a different world, where they can escape the realities of life for a short time, put down their phone and pick up their sword.
